It's my pleasure to introduce my next guest, former NHL defenseman Jason York. Selected 129th overall in the seventh round of the 1990 NHL Entry Draft by the Detroit Red Wings, this Nepean, Ontario native went on to play in 757 NHL games, recording 42 goals, 187 assists for 229 points, and 621 penalty minutes over a 13-year professional hockey career. In addition to Detroit, Anaheim, Nashville, and Boston, Jason also spent three seasons playing for the Ottawa Senators during the mid-90s. As a former teammate,
