Terms and Conditions

Last updated: July 16, 2026

These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the OnlineHockeyTraining.com website, digital training programs, coaching services, videos, resources, physical products, and related services.

Throughout these Terms, “Online Hockey Training,” “OnlineHockeyTraining.com,” “OHT,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Pitlick Sport Media LLC, doing business as OnlineHockeyTraining.com. “You” and “your” refer to the person accessing the website or purchasing or using an OHT product or service.

By visiting our website, creating an account, purchasing a product, or using an OHT program or service, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Please do not use our website or services if you do not agree with these Terms.

1. Eligibility and Parental Consent

You must be at least the age of majority in your state, province, or country of residence to make a purchase from OHT.

OHT programs are designed primarily for youth hockey players. A parent or legal guardian must purchase or authorize the purchase of a program for a minor.

By allowing a minor to use an OHT program, the parent or legal guardian:

  • Consents to the minor’s participation;
  • Accepts these Terms on the minor’s behalf;
  • Agrees to provide appropriate supervision; and
  • Accepts responsibility for ensuring that the training area, equipment, and activities are suitable for the player.

2. Your Account

You may be required to create an account to access purchased training.

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and current account and purchase information;
  • Keep your username and password confidential;
  • Protect access to your account;
  • Update your account information when necessary; and
  • Notify OHT promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.

You may not sell, transfer, rent, sublicense, or publicly share your account credentials.

3. Household Use and Account Sharing

Unless the offer or checkout page states otherwise, one individual purchase is intended for personal use within one household.

The purchaser and the purchaser’s dependent children who live in the same household may use the purchased training.

A purchase may not be shared with:

  • Players from another household;
  • Friends or teammates;
  • Coaches or trainers;
  • Hockey teams, associations, schools, camps, or organizations; or
  • Any other person or group outside the purchasing household.

Teams, coaches, organizations, schools, associations, and commercial training facilities must receive written permission from OHT or purchase an appropriate team or commercial licence.

4. Programs and Package Inclusions

The description displayed on the applicable offer or checkout page at the time of purchase determines what is included with your program.

Core

Core includes lifetime access to all digital training designated by OHT as part of the Core training program at the time of purchase, together with any updates OHT later chooses to add to that program.

Elite

Elite includes lifetime access to all digital training designated by OHT as part of the Elite training program at the time of purchase, together with any updates OHT later chooses to add to that program.

Game Changer

Game Changer includes lifetime access to the complete OHT digital training library available to Game Changer members at the time of purchase, together with any updates OHT later chooses to add to that library.

Unless specifically stated on the offer page, access does not include:

  • Future stand-alone programs sold separately;
  • Team or commercial licences;
  • Physical training equipment;
  • Additional personal coaching;
  • Additional video analyses;
  • Events, camps, clinics, or memberships; or
  • Other products or services introduced after your purchase.

Included coaching calls, video analyses, books, equipment, bonuses, or other benefits are limited to what is specifically listed on the offer page at the time of purchase.

5. Meaning of “Lifetime Access”

“Lifetime access” means access to the digital training included with the program you purchased for as long as OHT continues to operate and continues to make that purchased program available.

Lifetime access:

  • Does not mean the lifetime of the purchaser or player;
  • Does not transfer ownership of the training materials to you;
  • Does not guarantee that the same website, platform, technology, file format, drill title, or program layout will always be used;
  • Does not include every current or future OHT product unless the offer specifically says so; and
  • May end if OHT permanently closes, discontinues its digital training operations, or can no longer reasonably provide the program.

OHT may update, reorganize, replace, rename, or remove individual drills, videos, modules, or platform features as the training system develops. When practical, OHT will make reasonable efforts to preserve access to the main training content included with your purchase.

6. Limited Licence and Intellectual Property

Your purchase provides you with a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and non-commercial licence to access and use the purchased OHT content.

All OHT videos, drills, programs, graphics, written materials, training systems, logos, product names, website content, downloads, and other materials remain the property of OHT or their respective owners.

You may not, without written permission from OHT:

  • Copy, record, reproduce, republish, or redistribute OHT content;
  • Share OHT content outside your household;
  • Upload OHT content to social media, websites, video platforms, file-sharing services, or artificial intelligence systems;
  • Sell, sublicense, rent, or commercially exploit OHT content;
  • Use OHT content to create a competing product or service;
  • Remove copyright, trademark, or ownership notices; or
  • Circumvent account, platform, access, or security restrictions.

7. Training Safety and Parental Supervision

Hockey training and physical activity involve risk. Players may experience falls, collisions, muscle soreness, strains, equipment-related injuries, or other injuries.

Before beginning a training activity, you are responsible for ensuring:

  • The player has enough safe space to perform the drill;
  • The floor or training surface is suitable;
  • Nearby people, animals, vehicles, windows, furniture, and breakable objects are protected;
  • The player uses appropriate equipment and footwear;
  • Training equipment is in safe working condition; and
  • A responsible adult provides supervision appropriate for the player’s age and ability.

Players should stop immediately if they experience pain, dizziness, breathing difficulty, unusual discomfort, or signs of injury.

OHT does not provide medical advice. Consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting a training program when a player has an injury, medical condition, physical limitation, or other health concern.

You voluntarily assume the ordinary risks connected with participating in hockey training and physical activity, to the extent permitted by law.

8. Training Results

OHT provides structured hockey skill-development instruction, but individual results vary.

Results may depend on factors including:

  • The player’s age and current skill level;
  • Training frequency and consistency;
  • Effort and concentration;
  • Physical development;
  • Available training space and equipment;
  • Quality of repetitions;
  • Team environment and coaching; and
  • The amount of time spent practicing.

OHT does not guarantee that a player will make a team, earn more playing time, score a specific number of goals, receive a scholarship, reach a particular level, or achieve a specific competitive result.

This section does not limit any separate money-back guarantee expressly offered by OHT.

9. Purchases, Prices, and Payment

Prices, package inclusions, discounts, and bonuses may change without notice.

Unless the checkout page clearly states otherwise, OHT digital training packages are sold through a one-time payment and do not automatically renew.

You agree to provide accurate billing and payment information. You authorize OHT and its payment providers to charge the payment method selected at checkout for the purchase price, applicable taxes, and any other charges clearly disclosed before purchase.

A price change will not affect a purchase that has already been completed.

OHT may refuse or cancel an order because of suspected fraud, payment failure, pricing or technical errors, unauthorized resale, violation of these Terms, or other unlawful or abusive activity.

If OHT cancels a paid order before providing the purchased product or service, OHT will refund the amount collected for that order.

10. Sixty-Day Money-Back Guarantee

When an OHT offer states that it includes a 60-day money-back guarantee, you may request a refund within 60 calendar days of the original purchase date.

To request a refund, email satran@onlinehockeytraining.com and include the purchaser’s name, the email address used for the purchase, and the program purchased.

When a full refund is issued, your licence to use the program ends, access may be removed, and you must stop using and delete any downloaded OHT materials connected with the purchase.

Please review our Refund Policy for complete details.

11. Program Availability and Changes

OHT may improve, update, reorganize, replace, suspend, or discontinue parts of the website or training platform.

OHT may also change:

  • Drill names and categories;
  • Program layouts;
  • Website or app features;
  • Video-hosting providers;
  • Login procedures;
  • Coaching methods;
  • Training recommendations; and
  • Supporting materials.

We make reasonable efforts to maintain reliable access, but we do not guarantee that the website or training platform will always be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

Temporary interruptions caused by maintenance, platform providers, internet outages, security concerns, technical problems, or events outside OHT’s reasonable control do not automatically create a right to a refund.

12. Accuracy of Information

OHT makes reasonable efforts to keep its website, pricing, product descriptions, and training information accurate.

The website may occasionally contain:

  • Typographical errors;
  • Outdated information;
  • Incorrect pricing;
  • Missing information;
  • Technical errors; or
  • Inaccurate product descriptions.

OHT may correct errors and update information at any time. If a material error affects a completed purchase, OHT may correct the order, provide an appropriate alternative, or issue a refund.

13. Third-Party Platforms and Links

OHT may use third-party companies to provide website hosting, video delivery, payment processing, email communication, analytics, scheduling, customer support, and other services.

Your use of those services may also be subject to the third party’s terms and privacy policies.

The OHT website may contain links to third-party websites. OHT does not control and is not responsible for the content, availability, security, products, accuracy, or practices of third-party websites.

14. Comments, Reviews, and Submissions

You are responsible for any review, comment, testimonial, video, photograph, suggestion, or other material you submit to OHT.

Your submission must not:

  • Violate another person’s copyright, trademark, privacy, or other rights;
  • Contain false, misleading, threatening, abusive, unlawful, or harmful material;
  • Include another minor’s personal information without appropriate permission; or
  • Contain viruses, malicious code, or unauthorized advertising.

OHT will not publicly use a minor player’s name, image, video, voice, or testimonial for promotional purposes without appropriate permission from a parent or legal guardian.

Any specific permission to use customer photographs, videos, testimonials, or likenesses may be addressed in a separate consent or media-release agreement.

15. Personal Information and Privacy

Your submission and use of personal information are governed by our Privacy Policy.

16. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the website, account, programs, or OHT content:

  • For an unlawful purpose;
  • To violate applicable laws or regulations;
  • To infringe OHT’s rights or another person’s rights;
  • To harass, threaten, abuse, or harm another person;
  • To submit false or misleading information;
  • To upload viruses or malicious code;
  • To collect personal information about other users;
  • To spam, scrape, crawl, copy, or interfere with the website;
  • To bypass security or access restrictions;
  • To share purchased content without permission; or
  • To operate a competing or unauthorized commercial training service.

OHT may suspend or terminate access for prohibited use.

17. Disclaimer of Warranties

Except for any express written guarantee offered by OHT, the website, programs, videos, resources, products, and services are provided on an “as available” basis.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, OHT does not warrant that:

  • The website will always be uninterrupted or error-free;
  • Every drill or program will be suitable for every player;
  • The training will produce a specific result;
  • Errors will always be corrected immediately; or
  • Every device, browser, internet connection, or third-party platform will be compatible.

Nothing in these Terms excludes a warranty, consumer right, or legal protection that cannot lawfully be excluded.

18. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, OHT and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, coaches, affiliates, service providers, and licensors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential losses arising from your use of, or inability to use, the website, training, products, or services.

This may include loss of data, lost revenue, lost opportunity, replacement costs, or damage resulting from unauthorized access to an account.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, OHT’s total liability relating to a purchased product or service will not exceed the amount you paid OHT for the product or service giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

19. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless OHT and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, coaches, affiliates, service providers, and licensors from third-party claims arising from:

  • Your material violation of these Terms;
  • Your unlawful use of the website or OHT content;
  • Your unauthorized sharing or commercial use of OHT materials; or
  • Your violation of another person’s rights.

This section does not require you to indemnify OHT for OHT’s own unlawful conduct, gross negligence, or intentional misconduct.

20. Suspension and Termination

OHT may suspend or terminate your account or access if you:

  • Materially violate these Terms;
  • Share or resell your account;
  • Copy or distribute OHT content;
  • Use the website unlawfully;
  • Commit payment fraud;
  • Threaten the security of the website or other users; or
  • Repeatedly misuse OHT services.

When practical, OHT may provide notice and an opportunity to correct the issue. Immediate suspension may occur when necessary to protect OHT, its content, its systems, or other users.

Termination for a violation of these Terms does not automatically create a right to a refund.

Sections concerning intellectual property, payment obligations, liability, indemnification, governing law, and dispute resolution will continue to apply after termination.

21. Governing Law and Legal Venue

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Minnesota, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, any legal proceeding arising from these Terms or your use of OHT products or services must be brought in the state or federal courts located in Hennepin County, Minnesota.

You and OHT consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.

Nothing in this section removes any consumer protection or legal right that cannot lawfully be waived in your place of residence.

22. Severability

If any part of these Terms is found to be unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable, that part will be limited or removed only to the extent necessary. The remaining provisions will continue to apply.

23. No Waiver

If OHT does not immediately enforce a provision of these Terms, that does not mean OHT has waived its right to enforce it later.

A waiver is effective only when it is provided in writing by OHT.

24. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the applicable offer page, checkout information, Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and any other policy expressly incorporated by reference, form the entire agreement between you and OHT concerning your purchase and use of the website and services.

If the terms of a specific written offer conflict with these general Terms, the specific offer terms will control for that purchase.

25. Changes to These Terms

OHT may update these Terms from time to time.

The revised version will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date.

Changes will apply from the date they are posted unless another effective date is stated. Material changes will not retroactively remove rights already earned under a completed purchase unless required by law.

Your continued use of the website or services after updated Terms take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
