Refund Policy

Pitlick Sport Media LLC, doing business as OnlineHockeyTraining.com (“Online Hockey Training,” “OnlineHockeyTraining.com,” “OHT,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), wants families to feel confident trying our training.

This Refund Policy explains when a purchase is eligible for a refund and how to request one.

Our 60-Day Guarantee
Eligible OHT digital training packages may be refunded when a request is submitted within 60 calendar days of the original purchase date. No detailed explanation is required.

1. Sixty-Day Money-Back Guarantee

OHT digital training packages advertised with our 60-day money-back guarantee may be refunded when a request is submitted within 60 calendar days of the original purchase date.

When an eligible refund is approved, you will receive a refund of the amount you paid for the eligible package, including any applicable tax refunded through our payment provider.

The guarantee applies to the amount actually paid. It does not refund the difference between a sale price and a regular price.

2. Purchases Covered by the Guarantee

The 60-day guarantee applies when the applicable sales page, pricing page, offer page, or checkout page states that the purchase includes a 60-day money-back guarantee.

This generally includes eligible purchases of:

  • Core;
  • Elite;
  • Game Changer; and
  • Other OHT digital training packages specifically advertised with the guarantee.

The description and guarantee terms displayed at the time of purchase control.

3. How the 60-Day Period Is Calculated

The 60-day period begins on the calendar date the original purchase is completed.

For example, when a purchase is completed on July 1, the refund request must be submitted no later than August 29.

The date an account is first accessed, a video is watched, or a player begins training does not change the original purchase date.

4. How to Request a Refund

Use the subject line: 60-Day Refund Request

Please include:

  • The purchaser’s full name;
  • The email address used for the purchase;
  • The program or product purchased; and
  • The approximate purchase date.

You are not required to explain why the program did not meet your expectations. We may ask limited questions needed to locate the purchase, prevent fraud, or process the refund correctly.

The refund request is considered submitted on the date OHT receives the email.

5. What Happens After a Refund

When a full refund is issued:

  • Your licence to use the refunded program ends;
  • Access to the program will be removed;
  • Included accounts may be closed or adjusted;
  • Unused coaching, video-analysis, or bonus services connected with the package will be cancelled; and
  • You must stop using and delete any downloaded OHT materials connected with the purchase.

The refund does not give you continued access to the refunded training.

6. Coaching and Video Analysis Included in a Package

When coaching calls or video analyses are included as part of an eligible package, the package remains eligible for the 60-day guarantee unless the offer page clearly states otherwise.

If a coaching call or video analysis has already been completed, OHT will not deduct its listed value from an otherwise eligible package refund unless that condition was clearly disclosed before purchase.

Unused coaching or video-analysis services are cancelled when the package is refunded.

7. Stand-Alone Coaching and Video-Analysis Purchases

Stand-alone coaching sessions, onboarding calls, private lessons, and video-analysis services are separate from the digital-program guarantee unless their offer page specifically states that the 60-day guarantee applies.

A stand-alone service may be cancelled for a full refund when:

  • The service has not started;
  • No analysis or individualized work has been completed; and
  • The request complies with any cancellation terms displayed during booking.

A completed coaching session, private lesson, onboarding call, or video analysis is normally non-refundable because the individualized service has already been provided.

If OHT cannot provide a purchased service, OHT will offer:

  • A rescheduled service;
  • A reasonable replacement; or
  • A refund for the undelivered service.

8. Physical Products Included With a Package

Some packages may include a physical product or training tool.

A physical product included as part of an eligible guaranteed package does not automatically prevent a refund.

OHT may ask that the item be returned when:

  • The item has already been delivered;
  • It can reasonably be returned; and
  • OHT provides return instructions.

If OHT requires the return of an included physical product, OHT will provide a prepaid return label or another reasonable return method.

Do not return a product without first receiving instructions from OHT.

Normal inspection or reasonable use of an included training product during the guarantee period does not automatically disqualify the package from a refund.

Intentional damage, theft, fraud, or failure to return an item after OHT provides prepaid return instructions may affect the refund.

9. Stand-Alone Physical Products

A stand-alone physical product may be returned within 60 calendar days of purchase when:

  • The product is unused or in reasonably resalable condition;
  • All included parts are returned; and
  • The customer contacts OHT before shipping the item.

OHT will provide return instructions.

Original shipping charges are refundable when:

  • OHT shipped the wrong item;
  • The item arrived damaged or defective; or
  • Applicable law requires the charge to be refunded.

For a discretionary return unrelated to an error or defect, the customer may be responsible for return shipping when that condition was disclosed before purchase.

10. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

Contact OHT promptly if a physical product:

  • Arrives damaged;
  • Is defective;
  • Is missing parts; or
  • Is different from what was ordered.

Include the purchaser’s name, order information, and photographs when reasonably available.

OHT will provide an appropriate replacement, repair, return arrangement, or refund.

11. Duplicate Charges and Billing Errors

Contact OHT promptly if you believe:

  • You were charged more than once;
  • The amount charged was incorrect;
  • You did not authorize the transaction; or
  • A refund was processed incorrectly.

Confirmed duplicate charges and OHT billing errors will be corrected.

Nothing in this policy limits any billing-dispute right provided by applicable law or your financial institution.

12. Refund Processing Time

After approving a refund, OHT will submit it to the original payment method as promptly as reasonably possible.

Payment processors, banks, and credit-card companies control when the refund appears in your account. Refunds commonly require several business days after they are submitted.

OHT cannot send a refund to a different payment method unless the original method is unavailable and another arrangement is approved.

13. Purchases Made Through Another Platform

This policy applies to purchases made directly through OHT.

A purchase completed through an app store, marketplace, reseller, hockey organization, or other third-party platform may also be subject to that provider’s refund process.

Where a third party controls the transaction, you may need to request the refund through that provider.

14. Requests Made After 60 Days

Refund requests submitted more than 60 calendar days after purchase are normally not eligible under the OHT guarantee.

OHT may consider an exception when:

  • Required by law;
  • The customer was unable to access the purchased program because of an OHT error;
  • OHT did not deliver a purchased service;
  • A duplicate or unauthorized charge occurred; or
  • OHT approves another exception in writing.

Accessing the program infrequently, not completing the training, changing teams, losing interest, or forgetting about the purchase does not extend the guarantee period.

15. Refund Abuse and Fraud

OHT may deny or investigate a request involving:

  • A fraudulent or unauthorized request;
  • False purchase information;
  • Repeated purchases and refund requests intended to obtain free access;
  • Account sharing or content distribution;
  • Chargeback abuse;
  • Theft or intentional damage;
  • Failure to return a physical item after prepaid return instructions are provided; or
  • Another material violation of the OHT Terms and Conditions.

This section does not limit legitimate consumer rights or prevent a customer from raising a genuine billing concern.

16. Changes to This Policy

OHT may update this Refund Policy from time to time.

The policy in effect on the original purchase date will generally apply to that purchase unless:

  • A later policy is more favourable to the customer;
  • The customer agrees to another written arrangement; or
  • Applicable law requires a different result.

The current version will be posted on this page with its “Last updated” date.
